It looked like they had a shot of it on it's side on that end roll. Disc based version gonna look all lumpy on it's side though.

Still, after the shots of the Horse Shoe dev version, I didn't know what to expect.

Didn't see anything "Next Gen" in that entire video. However, there are a handful of games I'm interested in regardless.

Horizon: Zero Dawn 2 (yay!!!)
Ratchet and Clank
Spider-Man Miles Morales
Resident Evil 8
Oddworld

Some others seemed like they could be good, just going by what the video showed. But a simple cut scene from the game with no real explanation or actual gameplay really doesn't say much. Doesn't count in my book.

The console is neat looking, but the design doesn't fit anywhere. I don't get it.

It's not a true sequel unless it has super cheesy dialog, terrible voice acting, and obnoxious fetch quests. I didn't see any of that in the trailer, so I don't think this will live up to the original.

It really could be cheaper, and not just because they don't have to pay the cost of the drive. I'm sure Sony's margins on digital games is massively higher than physical, so they could use some of that difference to subsidize the cost of the console.

But no, those disc openings are the exact same size. The XBox one tapers in at like a 45 angle, where the PS one is just straight disc insert.

Ratchet and clank is the one that can’t be done last gen, mainly because it loads assets instantly each time you warp.

That and demon souls remake and horizon 2, no way horizon can be done last gen, pc of course but not last gen console.

Usb ports and disc tray are even between all consoles, so yes it will be huge
