The sooner the housing market crashes the better, it has been in out of control growth for too long and the prices are insane with corporations buying up entire neighborhoods and turning them into permanent rental zones.

Not sure real estate will crash. Still too much investor activity. In SoCal, each home probably gets 5 or more real estate investor offers. Sadly, we are nearing the end of personal home ownership in many high demand areas of the country. Prices today are being 100% driven by investor demand not private homeowners in these areas.

Well shoot, looks like I missed my chance. I transferred quite a bit of $$ from my bank to schwab this morning, but it takes 24 hours to go through, and the market basically fully recovered today. Seriously, I lost $30k this morning and made it back this afternoon.

Maybe I'll get lucky and the market will bottom-out tomorrow?

I wouldn't suggest that anyone buy at this point.

All I can think of is how hard a 30,000+ stock market bubble will pop. With big ups comes big downs. And it's usually the small-time investors that get taken to the cleaners.

Once that bubble does pop, then you buy.

I'm pretty deep negative on AMD right now - they got me good. With the volatility in Ukraine and Taiwan, I would not touch stocks right now. I foresee a bigger crash when the conflict in both areas begin.
