Is my Seasonic Tx-850W going bad? Shutdown once

I already explained this too you. You had a power surge, the monitor and PC were effected. The PSU did what it was supposed to do, trip surge protection and over voltage protection and shutdown to protect the system. Your monitor also flickered which indicates a power surge.

The reason the notebook and router were not effected either the surge protector worked on those plugs or if you had it plugged in somewheres else wasn't effected.

Replace the surge protector if you are using one and invest in a UPS, you blow enough money on your PC so you can afford a nice UPS for your setup.

I would have gone with the 1000w Titanium as I am sure you are using more then 50% of that 850w.
