Default Corsair H150i Starting Too Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
My Corsair H150i has run great for nearly 5 years now but is starting to make a loud hum.

Thinking of replacing it with money I don't have. Looking at a 360 Galahad from Lian Li as I can grauntee my fans fit on it. Don't know if I can do push pull though up top in the Dynamix XL though. Its supposed to perform 5c better then the Corsair so meh.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Get rid of the push-pull since the rad isn't thick enough to take advantage of it, and put whatever you want up top.

Galahad is good, so is the Arctic. The EK AIO is up there too. At this point, just don't buy anything Asetek

I can't take a chance with anything but Corsair or Lian Li as I can not guarantee that the UNI fans will fit, the tubing might get in the way... I'd love an EK AIO but don't want to take the chance.

I run balanced about 2200 rpm. At extreme at least my H150i becomes noisy from day 1.

When I replaced my fans I turned everything down to the lowest settings possible for the quietest setup. Even adjusting the pump to balanced and or max the hum gets louder, so its definately doing a die.

My issue with Lian Li even though thermals according to reviews are great the pump is known to whine.

I am going to contact EK and see if they can confirm if the UNI fans will work on the EK-AIO ELITE AURUM 360 D-RGB. If they do I will go with that, if not I will probably get the LIAN Li and cross my fingers there's no whine.
