Best way to play Arcade and general emulation on Android?

Got a Razer Raiju Mobile and trying to actually make use of it for mobile. I mostly actually use it on PC as my secondary controller, but might as well use it with my phone as well as I kill time on my commute

Other decent android game suggestions with controller support welcome as well

(SHUMPS,Fighters etc etc etc, gimmeh gimmeh!)

I don't game on my phone, but wouldn't Retroarch for Android be the way to go for emulation?
