![]() I've always kept an eye on them, because their phones where often far cheaper and did really interesting things(Wide angle lens, Flexible screen/body, Dual Screen case, Headphone amp, Flip out screen etc etc). But they really failed to make a splash after the modular failure that was the G5. They also suck at marketing and if you fail on that, then nothing else matters.

![]() OnePlus really took that "cheaper but high quality" role from LG, I think. The OnePlus 9 Pro being $1050 MSRP is starting to take them out of that territory, though. |

![]() to be honest they're out of the "cheaper"-role for a while now. Their last phones weren't exactly cheap.

![]() OnePlus 9 Pro is a top tier phone, the price matches the feature set. The OnePlus 9 launched cheaper than the OnePlus 8T, still a highly capable phone and not an insane price. |

![]() I liked LG Phones, but in the end if they can't compete then I guess it is what it is. The smartphone market is pretty brutal. |
