Maxed out no. But you can hit 60 fps with tweaks. I purposefully ran balls to the wall just to check but will drop the last image setting and maybe go balanced rather than quality on DLSS.

OK OK so KAC tested max settings of gears 5 at 1440P and got 119 fps the claim for the 6800xt at 1440p was the 3080 ~125 FPS and the 6800xt with no extra settings at 132. There was confusion in the thread that no one cleared up so I actually looked to get the answer. At 4k 3080 ~76 or 77 FPS (cant tell) 6800xt got 78 fps again with not extra settings ( I mean rage and SAM)

note all AMD tests were run on a 5900x system so once we get gaming benchmarks from reviewers next week we should get a better idea of if those 3080 numbers were about what you would expect.
