What if ATI did a promotion like AMD did with the XP's and traveled around giving away graphics cards? I think Ichy might know something about this.

Well, I'd rather be a nasty poodle than a sourpuss. I really wish Ichy would stop screwing around and let is in on some of this info. I bet he thinks because he has "priviledged" info that he is better than us. Bastard.

Why would a Canadian company only do it's promo in the US?

(I know, I shouldn't question the mysterious ways of ATI; but this one struck me as silly!)

Oh, and does anyone have any information on the free radeon trade-up program that ATI is starting for all current 8500 owners due to the high-poly bug? (How's that for rumor starting!
