Will ATI-TV Wonder (PCI) work with Matrox G400?

I'm interested in the ATI TV Wonder (PCI)

I still waiting for the w2k drivers...

Want to know if TV Wonder will work with a Matrox G400.

Get a Hauppauge WinTV. I have one and it works great. Has Windows 2000 support along with Windows 9X/ME Mine even has the Build in FM Radio!!
