Nice to see this place back up and running, it's been a minute!
So many things have changed since I last posted on here, such is life.
I think maybe I'll stick around a bit more now!

Myself: I'm now an IT manager for a large multi-national gaming (gambling) company. Started out as an original black shirt at BestBuy and here I am managing multiple offices in the US/Canada (not including all the other IT staff from around the world), and 16 people under my watch currently, with plans to expand to 25 in the future.

Sounds like you're doing well for yourself.

Switched careers about 7 years ago to IT. Actually, not really switching careers just more of a "wtf are you doing with your life" kinda moment. I was working in restaurant management. Decided, enough's enough and moved back home with the folks for a bit, found a job in IT, and got my feet back under me. Bought a house a few years later and then switched IT jobs. Now working as a IT Technical lead for a company that makes landing gear for Boeing/Airbus/US Military.
 
Hey! Long time no post/see. Glad to see things are going well :D

Went from classical millennial that still lived at home in his 20's to my own place with a view and working IT as a SA at one of the larger top tier Universities in Canada :) (for almost 10yrs now... man time flies :twitch:)

Now outside of PC's I'm playing with used mirrorless camera stuff in my free time :D
