This might be old hat, but noticed today that BlackMagic Davinci Resolve is free for the non-studio version. It is really, really nice. Going to be my go to editor now. If you have never tried it, and are looking for a free editor, its worth a look. Other than no support for multi-gpus, 4k, and a couple of other minor things, i see no need to get the studio version for a thousand bucks. If you are just in need of editing, and rendering some sub 4k content this thing is awesome. Can't believe it is free to be honest.

Ive seen this before, cant believe its free as well... are you using the 12.5 beta or the reg?

Thanks for the heads up!

Using 12.5

Also, somethings are a little different to what I am used to in this. However, as I figure out how to do things or where things are located, I realize this things is amazing and does everything and more I could do in Vegas or premiere, but with a much smoother workflow..and did I mention free!

Only other downside is since this is intended for movies, it doesn't like anything but 48khz audio and it has to be in wav or some other formats, but not MP3. Some people asked for more audio options, and the dudes were like offended anyone would use a mp3 or need anything higher quality than 48khz.
