GameSpot, GameSpy, and IGN have posted a preview of Mirror's Edge, the upcoming first-person shooter action-adventure game (PC, PS3, Xbox 360) that is currently in development at Digital Illusions CE. Here's a bit:

I like the graphics and the parkour idea, but the blur filter is a bit too much for me...

I'm pretty sure it's just motion blur that got carried away. I would hope that the entire game doesn't have a radial blur like that...

Damn, aparently there will be NO pizza devliery side quests available !

They mention that most FPS' forget the first person side of things i.e. you have a body attached to the gun etc. and I have to agree that too many devs forget to model the body which really detracts from the game play (for me). We shall see when there is a demo available.
