Irritating noise when i switch on my Iiyama

Men,

i hear an irritating, monotonous tone over my Creative FPS1000 speakerset when i switch on my IiyamaA705MT (VisionMaster Pro 411).
As soon as i switch it off, perfect sound.
I've tried everything from changing the powersupply and moving my speakers, but nothing helps. Has it something to do with the frequencysettings or something?! I went to the shop where i bought my system, but they say there's nothing wrong.

Plz help?!

Outlet isn't grounded...Should i replace it?! I've tried different outlets, but that didn't help. I know the outlet SHOULD be grounded in case of whatever you can expect here in Amsterdam, Holland... ;)

hmmm. This is a tad odd. There is no since in changing outlets if there is not a copper ground wire in there. Problem is I have NO idea how homes are wired over there.

Is it 220V or 110V?

My cousin is an electrician though..I'll ask him if it's possible to ground the outlet...

I had a similiar problem with my Vortex2 chip based card when I switched to 2k. I found out it was my CDRom input causing noise on the channel. Try disabling one at a time the various inputs going into the card. Could be that.
