Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Why do they always show useless CGI? I want to see gameplay, even if it's very crude at the moment. I don't give a crap about some pre-generated movie clip.
 
Haha, it's a year away, with no gameplay footage, or anything that indicates performance in any way shape or form, good, bad or otherwise, and yet people are already saying they won't buy it? :lol:

Oblivion was able to run on my Radeon 8500 with the special mod. :)
 
Same, the original game ran fine on my 3700+/x800xl at decent settings.

I am getting the CE of this game once it can be pre-ordered. Still have to find some time to get through Oblivion though, never managed to get past Kvatch.

The only gamebyro game i have played that was not a buggy mess, even sometime after release, was morrowind, and even that had it's share of bugs. Plus no gamebyro games have any decent animations! There is no reason for me to believe that another gamebyro game made by bethesda (or anyone else for that matter) will be worth my time.

It's not performance that is the problem.
 
They are not using Gamebryo, already an established fact :)

Edit I was making my post and didn't see Perkys till after I posted mine.

Anyways, considering that the Twitter was posted about 1 hour ago, I would go with that as being the official word.

Because their definition of brand new might not be the same as ours.

And it sounds too good to be true. I hope it is, but I won't let myself get excited about it till I see more.
