BIG Problem with Catalyst!@#

Hi,

Specs: Radeon 8500 128MB LE / WinXP.

I have an issue with the Catalyst drivers, where they sometimes think my card has 64MB rather than 128MB (Options Tab -> Details). The problem is that when Details shows 64MB, 3D performance is horrible. 3D Marks are normally ~ 7600, but when it "switches" to 64MB Mode, I get something like 5000 3D Marks. What gives?

I have this problem too.

- Powercolor Evil Master II Radeon 8500LE 128meg
- Windows 2000

After installing the catalyst drivers, and rebooting, when win2k loads up the screen is green - and the drivers think my card has only 64 meg.

I think the drivers think I have a tv hooked up instead of a monitor... I don't know.. something weird is going on. Installing older drivers again fixes the problem.

Heres a screenshot of what it thinks my monitor is... also included is a webcam pic to show how the screen looks green.
