I just purchased a second Gigabyte Windforce 7950, but I only have a Seasonic 550watt PSU. Apparently it doesn't have enough power plugs to fit both cards so I'll need to upgrade to a better PSU. Any thoughts?

What would you suggest for gaming and video rendering? Running at only 1680x1050 but will eventually got a Dell U2413 1920x1200. Would a 3770k be good enough or is 4770k worth the extra scratch? Don't want to spend a thousand dollars on a new motherboard/cpu.
