Ok, I want out. How do I leave the P/R Group?
Leaving the Politics and Religion forum is as simple as joining it. Simply access the Group Memberships panel again but now, instead of the "Join Group" link, there's a Leave Group link. Clicking that will immediately remove you from the P/R group so that you never have to see P/R again.
