While I appreciate the Bulletstorm support, I sure hope there's more profiles in that driver; TDU 2 comes to mind.

Yeah, but that doesn't help with the locked convergence setting

Not that I can see. AFAIK, there's no 3d stereo option in NV Inspector.

There are some Stereo 3d registry settings in the elevated aspect of inspector.

There's some new betas out on Guru 3D: 267.46

The release notes are identical to the previous betas.

Haven't tried them, but if can anyone test if there's any improvement in Dragon Age 2 DX11 it would be great

                          Still nothing.
                          Hmm

                          edit.
According to the nvidia forums, the drivers are for the new 550Ti card, or something.

They seems to improve the performance in da2 though, I tried them out at the wounded coast area, and my minimum fps at 1080p with 4xaa was 50-something.

From the nvidia homepage, it's the whql driver for the gtx550ti.

I had to use use a modified .inf file to use the driver though.-

I have installed the 550ti drivers using a modded .inf file and I can confirm that they improve the performance of DA2 on my GTX 470. I can play on Very High now with somewhat decent performance. It still stutters a bit and slows down here and there, but it is playable.

You're not kidding, the difference is sort of dramatic from a performance point-of-view with the Dragon Age 2 Demo, here. Now, its playable, hehe!

i have to say, i'm kind of surprised that new drivers are not out yet. the current set is 2 months old and with the high frequency of releases we're seeing in this first quarter of 2011, it's actually being felt. bulletstorm had no sli profile, dragon age 2 had performance problems and now assassins creed brotherhood doesn't have a profile at all. this is strange because game profiles usually show up in drivers weeks or months before a game has released. yea, these issues can mostly be fixed by using something like nvidia inspector, but it does seem to me that nvidia is dragging their heels a bit here.

Just be thankful that you're not a 3d vision owner, three high profile 3d ready games has been released recently, but as I am writing this, only one of them(bulletstorm) has a working profile.

The 267.84 whql driver is out not, people claim that it has even better dx11 performance in da2 than the 267.59 driver.

You need to use a modfied .inf since nvidia has forgotten all about their old cards.

They seem to perform the same as the 267.59 in da2, at least on my rig.

This is getting annoying. The last WHQL release for my card (which, unless I'm mistaken, it's freaking new hardware) was January 18th, which is more than 2 months ago.

And the last beta driver is almost a month old, and has craptacular da2 dx11 performance.

What I don't understand is why they did not release that gf550ti driver as a beta for all cards, since it made dx11 in da2 playable and seems to have no major issues.

I bet da 2 is still barely pushing 30fps in that extreme resolution though, it's easy to promote a 500% increase in performance when you had a craptacular fps to begin with.

But it's definitely playable at 1080p/1200p with 8x aa now.

I just tried it out in the wounded coast area, the fps was good but not great, in the most demanding situations it hovered around 40-45fps.

                                                                Beautiful drivers.
DA2 still runs at about 25FPS, and it STILL crashes. The only notable difference is that now disabling ambient occlusion does NOTHING in terms of fps improvements; with the previous set I had huge increases.
I also love how, with 3D disabled, when I exit a game which I have played in 2D mode, the screen goes in 3D mode, with 100% brightness. Again, 3D is off, but it self activates when I return to desktop.
                                                                Nice feature

Ever since the 270.51 Beta drivers, it won't let me select Generic DLP during setup. I mentioned it to Andrew on the .51 Betas and these .61 WHQLs. Never received a response.

These profile updates are automatically downloaded from NVIDIA and silently installed on your PC, keeping it up-to-the-minute with the latest game profiles. Improved desktop resizing user interface that guides the user to disable overscanning using their HDTV controls and also provides a fallback option to enable desktop resizing via the NVIDIA Control panel.
NVIDIA desktop resizing now creates a custom, resized resolution with 1:1 pixel mapping and resizes standard resolutions for games that don’t support custom resolutions.

                                                                          NVIDIA 3D Vision
