Trying to Get ATI Catalyst Multimedia Center 9.16 to Work In Windows 10
I have had Windows 10 for some time and when I upgrade from Windows 7, the ATI 650 pro TV card would not load into windows 10. Anyone tried to get it to work in windows 10?

If this card had a tough time on Win 7 support then Win 10 is unlikely.

If you want to video capture you need to run with legacy systems. Most of the cards that support this sort of capture are dated and they get no modern driver support. The world has moved on from analogue broadcasting, so few cards that support it are made anymore, and many of the ones that are made are poor quality.
You have to use a system from the era the card was made. The best bet is to just put together a cheap secondary machine.Comment
