mmc install problem

i try it with the sapphire x1900xt vivo edition , but no way ,it starts the install and after verification it closes spontaneously with mmc 9.16 and any lower version as well , is there a work around for this?

well with some trials i managed to install mmc 9.03 with many error messages , then upgraded to 9.16 and it works !!
