T550 driver same as packaged WDM driver?

I'm trying to figure out which drivers to install for a Theater 550 and a X1650XT. Is the separate Theater 550 driver the same as the one that is included in the Catalyst Software Suite, of the same month of course?

Which one doesn't have the "Safely Remove" icon?
