I have an AIW X800XT, is it not possible to do dual monitors (dvi + vga) AND a tv through composite out? I can't seem to activate it through CCC unless I disable one of my monitors.

I have the exact same setup. You have to disable one of the monitors. I use the double up mode for the TV and extended desktop for dual monitors. You can set up some hotkeys for these in the profiles section which makes it a snap to switch back and forth though. -
if you want to get away from disabling one of the monitors, might look into an external scan convertor or a DV box, both of which are a bit more accurate to a TV monitor anyway.Comment

There were certain driver sets that allowed you to clone the TV output to either the dvi or dsub output while in extended /clone desktop but this has not been present in the last six cats for post 9000 series cards.
However my 8500 card does allow this !!!!!! and will 'double up' to the clone display forcing this display to the TV max resolution.
As any dual ramdac card should be able to this then it should be clased as a BUG but ATI would probably deny this!!!!...an ounce of perception , a pound of obscure....Comment

I was told the card cannot do 1 monitor, 1 dvp, and 1 tv (doubled), and the manual was incorrect.
just another PITA that makes me wonder why it was that I stayed with ATI all these years.Comment
