I heard the only way to get good oc's out of 9700 np, is if it has Samsung chips, which makers use them????

Only one I know of is Sapphire. Mainly because they are so intimate with ATI and they are the largest OEM ATI manufacturer so perhaps they like to stick right on the reference design.Originally posted by compneo

I have had the Sapphire in my left and and a Built By ATI Retail 9700 Pro in my right. They were identical.
