problems with the 9700 and cpu BLEH!

k.. heres the prob, i got a new 2500+ to upgrade from my 2200+, everything was running fine b4 i upgraded, so i installed the new chip and formatted, and now everytime i run something 3dish my comp crashes.
I dono what is wrong, ive tried all the software problems possible, i think, and i cant fix it.
I think it may be irq settings or my agp speed?
other that the new cpu, its not hardware related. U may suggest underpowered, but i have an enermax 465 watter.
im runnning a 9700pro a7v8x 512 pc2700 ddr, im running the most current bios btw, 1011.
and ive tried every cat almost..nothing works.

well as u can see from the pics above, i cannot change my agp speed to 8x, which could be a problem also i dont know anything about irqs and if that setup is conflicting ?
    also how to change irqs?

If all else fails, ill format again
    thx to those whom help
