Anyone get a 3d speed boost when they installed the retail ut2k3? It did some update to D3D now UT2k3 retail and demo run 10 fps faster and plays glass smooth, im still amazed by it. Anyonme else get the same effect?

I know Rage3D is a big source of Bulls*** these days, but Hybrid's post is perfectly feasible. When you install UT2003 it runs DX setup without asking, so it might be giving you a newer build than you have already... or maybe 'refreshing' what you have already.
