I got copies of the PS3 and 360 versions for a couple bucks a piece at thrift stores, now the PC version for free. Might still be a few more years until I actually get around to play it though lol.

From the little i heard it sucked. But don't take my word for it the grapevine has too many branching paths these days.

Rune sucked at launch because the developer purposefully ****ed it over and ditched. The dev didnt even really collect any profits from it as they closed their doors the same (?) day. However, another company was brought in after the whole **** show and has been working on it this whole time, apparently its much better, though i dont know how goode it actually is.



As for the sale/gta5 thing, it's possible its only free for a single day too. as there is a new free game tomorrow.


EDIT: RUNE 2: looks like the publisher has gotten their code back from the devs that ****ed them over in a law suit, and have been working to fix the game since january. Their is a road map if you care to look for it somewhere as well. You could also wait till it releases on steam if you wanted. no doubt it will be "fixed" by then.

Same. Really lame that Rockstar keeps blocking games for no good reason. They did that with Max Payne 3 and now this. Even though you can get GTAV on Steam without issues.

Just FYI, middle east governments do not request these to be blocked. It is just publishers jumping the gun for some silly reason. I just fear it gets worse with time. Ah well, I started as a pirate, might end up as a pirate...

Got GTA 5 downloaded but then have to install Rockstar Games Launcher and Epic Games Launcher UG! then maybe it's just me but trying to get through the captcha pics to verify took forever. Just about gave up. Pain in butt!

Looks like the GTA V servers are being raped. A friend and I wanted to try out MP however, we couldn’t login. Tried again this morning and we can’t log in to social club now.

These free games are ruining it for everyone.

The article talks about how TW3 was being hosted on Epic Games store then removed, but it's been available to buy on Epic Games for a very long time. I remember seeing it over a year ago when CD Projekt Red took the stance that it would not participate in anti-consumer practices - I thought Epic would remove TW3 from the store front but they didn't.

It's on sale now for $15.

You can only have 1 coupon at a time. If buy game that qualifies for coupon use, you'll automatically get another coupon.

I bought 5 games on Epic in the last 2 days that were eligble to use a coupon them, I used 5 coupons, and after I bought the 5th game I got a 6th coupon.

You have to buy a qualifying game to get a coupon. You can't stack it.

Everybody gets a coupon to start, then if you buy a qualifying game you get another coupon, rinse/repeat........

Cuz i dont want yet another digital distribution platform with yet another password and ID and with Epic currently I would only pay 6 bucks for it instead of 60 (15 dollar coupon + 6 dollars for the 70 dollar game that is 70% off and currently just costs 21 dollars)

Edit: bah lame, apparently witcher isnt eligible because its 1 cent off the 20.99 minimum required to qualify.....
