Awesome! I assume this coincides with a Steam release? Nothing in particular against the Epic Store, but I prefer having my stuff in one place for Hitman. Props to IO Interactive by the way for seeing Hitman 3 be the 'most successful' Hitman, without having released on Steam.
We who got it from from EPIC already played that game to death.

I had Hitman 1 and 2 on Steam but Hitman 3 lets you play all three games in one place (EPIC) even if you have Hitman 1 and 2 on Steam so I don't understand your ''I prefer to have all my Hitman in one place'' comment.

I think what you meant is you prefer to wait until it arrives on Steam.

      No, not at all.

I rarely buy games at launch anymore; I played Hitman 2 just this year. So I haven't been waiting, I've not been on the market for Hitman 3 at all yet. And now that it's coming to Steam, whenever I buy the game, I'm much, much more likely to buy there (which is my preferred library and launcher). But it's not a must that I've been waiting for specifically.

        That's cool.

Steam needs a healthy competitor or two or three.

Glad to hear the VR version is coming to PC. I'll probably hold off on playing Hitman 3 until I can play it in VR.

Hail game pass! I wonder how well VR and the game pass play together, but I guess I'll found out for practically free (still on my "first month for €1 + 2 months free" period until March).

Yep, bugger Steam, Game Pass for me. With including 2 and 3, I'm assuming means the way they integrated the earlier games' missions as extra dlc in h3.

I love game pass, especially since I got 3 years for less than £70 or £1.93p a month

But I do worry about the "not buying anymore games part" as I have found I avoid buying anything now as I think it might be on Game pass later on.

I did break and buy guardians of the galaxy though on series x and I thoroughly enjoyed it

So it's on Steam. And LOL at the price(s). WTF are they smoking ?

It's also on the MS Game Pass. Guess where I've already downloaded it. Go on, guess.

I continue to be baffled by IO's incessant habit of making half a dozen different packages for increasingly outrageous prices. It's incredibly difficult to get a read on what you'd actually want to buy, as a player.

Choosing between the hitman trilogy for "free" on game pass or for 100€ on steam is truly a hard task.

I also don't understand what are they thinking...

And it's been a year out on Epic.. and yet they charge crazy prices. Probably trying to double dip....

could be a two fold attack. trying to make up a little money because of the game pass, but also higher prices would drive people to the pass as well.

I bought this game for $5.60(Coupon/Discount) on Epic in June last year.

But the 'No Steam no buy/all my games in one place' crew can get the game on Steam now for a much higher price.

And now that no longer is possible since IOI also raised the price on EGS.

Approx 160-200 bucks for everything on Steam depending on your country/region. (around 110 for the three games and around 70 for the DLCs)

I just bought the $0 edition. It's called the "im not paying 200 bucks for a ****ing game" edition, and it comes with not playing it.

Hitman 3 is an excellent game when all is said and done.

Pick it up legitimately on your platform of choice. The huge maps have so much replay value and so many methods of meeting your objectives.

In my opinion the best way to play is to disable every single immersion wrecking feature like body outlines in the heads up display including mini maps or even disable the HUD completely .No HUD is the best!!!!!

Started playing Hitman 3 on the Game Pass today. Man, even the system of bringing over previous experience is practically rocket science that no-one ever asked for. Ridiculous. IO really has to stop doing this nonsense - I hope it ends now that the Hitman 3 trilogy has ended.

The game itself? Sublime as ever, of course.

Finished a bunch of missions, and I'm really enjoying it. No drastic changes from Hitman 1 and 2, just more puzzles to assassinate evil people. I feel the overarching storyline weighs a little heavier in this third game, and that's a positive thing.

                                                    I'll leave you, to prepare.
