I think I did that quest at level 10 or something similar, **** was pretty hard, but you basically have to game the AI and not over commit when it is slashing time with the sword.

Ok thanks for clearing that up. I ultimately showed her the finger and went to Novigrad since everything is now too high a level for me so will have to come back. Doing Triss and Dandeloin quests now, trying to find that idiot. This game really keeps me intimidated. I keep feeling I am leaving everything and missing out on the experience but then it keeps getting better as well. Hit level 12 and now have to talk to some hookers to find the gay Dandeloin.

Loving the game. Btw killed 10 level 16 wraiths but couldn't touch Jenny lol.

You can only do real dmg to her INSIDE the yerden (or whatever it is called) spell circle. Was simple really after looking her up in the beastiary.

And yes, I have the Steam version. Anyway to fix this?

Yep use that spell circle trap it makes her physical rather than your sword pretty much going straight through her. You will do tons more damage.

KAC, you don't need to upgrade anything. Just place the spell, let it be in the circle and hack and slash at her to your hearts content!

worth upgrading tho. Maxed out the first couple tiers makes yrden last for 30+ seconds, allows for 2, plus secondary yrden will do 300 odd damage.

If you think that's funny, there's some lines for Geralt that was voiced by a different actor than the original. Probably for extra lines that were put in after the original actor voice recordings. However, they didn't even attempt to sound like the main Geralt, the lines are voiced completely different....like Geralt was possessed by a cowboy or something.

Tower of Mice, at the cabin. Geralts voice changes for some random lines. That was the first time I noticed it, remember it well.

Other people noticed it in other areas, like in Echoes of the past quest.

It's random. Obviously some forgotten recorded lines. Not sure why they couldnt use the original voice actor though.

Are you sure you chose the same quest path? Only a few lines are affected, and it may not be in the same quest path as yours.

I don't notice it anymore, but I did notice one other time walking with Triss somewhere. Again only a few lines affected.

I read alot of people noticed it also in the Echoes of the past quest, but not sure if I did that quest yet, don't want to spoil it for myself

There is a bit of a learning cure but plenty of in game time to learn without doing the main quests. I find it best to play with a controller so I was learning both at the same time.

Not at all. It is the simplest Witcher game.

Simplest? I think that goes to Witcher 1, that whole game can be played with a 1 button mouse and no need for the keyboard.
