Prior to this game nobody could have convinced me that 3d open world rpgs could have narrative depth and missions rivaling The Witcher 2... man did CDPR ever prove me wrong.

No such thing since the PC has gotten patches before consoles. I doubt they submitted it to steam since valve doesn't push patches at a specific time but rather its controlled by the dev.

Yes and please stop announcing patch notes before said patch is released. I don't recall ever seeing patch notes announced weeks before actual patch hit gamers.

In a way, this is a goode thing. As it lets you know whats going to be fixed, so if you are having a problem with the game, you can see if you should maybe hold off for a little while for the patch, or just ignore it.

retail consumers have always retained the right to complain when their hard-earned money is in question. the only difference now, is there happens to be something called the internet that allows those voices to be heard. sometimes a good thing, sometimes not *shrugs*

There are tons of games that don't function on consoles as well as PC. Look at Witcher 3 as an example.

took forever to d/l it on the ps4. i can confirm this as being true unfortunately. however the large amount of positive fixes far outweighs the negatives imo.
