yeah, the one down side to turn based cmbat is the time it takes. If you have someone to play it with though, you should really play it co-op! players can enter and exit quests in different ways as well as experience different things all at the same time. its pretty cool.

Leveled a Tornado Shot Deadeye character to L90 in Path of Exile's latest league, Blight. The league mechanic (tower defense) is more enjoyable than I thought it would be but it doesn't feel rewarding for the time spent on each TD battle.
The game has reached the point where it needs many, *many* quality of life fixes/balances/changes, that the motivation to play the game decreases with each league. I'm wondering at this point if it would be worthwhile for them to license an actual decent gaming engine and start work on PoE2.
Many of their issues are based around their indie self coded engine, while an amazing achievement it has reached the breaking point where it's negatively affecting all aspects of the game.[Proc: Ryzen 9 7900x][GPU: MSI RTX3060Ti 8GB][Mem: 64GB G.Skill RipJaws 6000-DDR5][Mobo: MSI Pro X670-P][HD: Samsung 2TB NVMe 980 Pro][PSU: EVGA SuperNova 850W G2][Audio: Yamaha RX-V673 7.2/JBL 7.2 Surround]

Not sure i agree about the engine. They have not achieved quite as significant things as the warframe team, but the engine has definitely become quite something.
They could have a small team rewrite the code from the ground up, but no need for an entire new game. Also, you are not supposed to just keep playing it all the time. If its getting stale, stop playing for a year and then come back.
The new 4.0 expansion promises to be something large, and not just another league expansion, so why not quit now and come back when it releases next year?Never put off tomorrow what you can put off today!

Actually finished a game. Just put the screws to The Surge 1 for a couple weeks and holy smokes, had a lot of fun.“On a lonely planet spinning its way toward damnation amid
the fear and despair of a broken human race, who is left to fight for all
that is good and pure and gets you smashed for under a fiver? Yes, it’s
the surprising adventures of me, Sir Digby Chicken-Caesar!”

Hit Tier 100 in the Fortnite Season 10 battlepass.
I'd like to see some other tripleA dev/publisher attempt to take on FN. Competition is a good thing, right now FN pretty much has a monopoly on BRs with fast paced offensive/defensive building mechanics.[Proc: Ryzen 9 7900x][GPU: MSI RTX3060Ti 8GB][Mem: 64GB G.Skill RipJaws 6000-DDR5][Mobo: MSI Pro X670-P][HD: Samsung 2TB NVMe 980 Pro][PSU: EVGA SuperNova 850W G2][Audio: Yamaha RX-V673 7.2/JBL 7.2 Surround]

Well back to playing Diablo 3 and Online games so looks like I may not finish games with endings this month unless a miracle happens today. lol“Are you at all concerned, as Trump said, that we cannot let the cure be worse than the problem itself?” Haines asked.
Biden noted in his reply that the COVID-19 cure “will make the problem worse, no matter what.”

Completed GreedFall, enjoyed it for the most part. It's a typical Eurojank RPG, in the same vein as previous eurojank titles (Gothic, Risen, Elex etc) - so if you played those you will know exactly what to expect. If you liked those you will like this game.
You could feel the low budget at times, the world feels smaller than previous titles like Elex, there were multiple zones rather than one continuous world, there was some copy/paste with the indoor and city environments, melee combat felt clunky at times, and I'd have liked to see a fast travel from anywhere option.
Nevertheless if you attempt to complete all of its content you can get about 60 hours of gameplay from it, which is probably the ideal way to go for the good endings. The plot is decent, the characters and their subplots are fairly interesting, and there were quite a few well written optional quests with entertaining stories which were enjoyable to play through.[Proc: Ryzen 9 7900x][GPU: MSI RTX3060Ti 8GB][Mem: 64GB G.Skill RipJaws 6000-DDR5][Mobo: MSI Pro X670-P][HD: Samsung 2TB NVMe 980 Pro][PSU: EVGA SuperNova 850W G2][Audio: Yamaha RX-V673 7.2/JBL 7.2 Surround]

Almost a hundred hours into Divinity: Original Sin 2, I was starting to get sick of the puzzles and not knowing what the hell you're doing, even though you're supposedly the new God of all life.At least, I hardly knew what I was doing, and I felt every evil dude in the world was smarter than my character. I read up about some puzzles and about the game's ending, and honestly, it didn't feel like I was missing out on much. The story line never grabbed me, the big threat around the world never seemed all that menacing, the bad guy was rarely in sight.
Everything was just dragging on and on and on and on and uninstalled.May the Yods be silent

As I play more I have more comments. I don’t know but I am not feeling this game. Very few tracks, literally no reason to level up driver, boring cars and extremely boring physics. It seems only difference between cars is the SKID-O-Meter. The more muscle the higher the skid. Cars feel like they are on a pole rotating left and right. I think MARIO Kart has better tracks and cars than this. All cars feel the same too.
I give it a 6/10. The best part is during start of the race when you press enter to shut up the commentators.

For the past half year, I haven't been able to find the right single player campaign to hook me. Dishonored 2 felt too dull, and my computer didn't feel up to the task of rendering it at a solid 60fps. After that, I sunk a hundred hours into Divinity: Original Sin 2. I don't think I've ever spent a hundred hours on a game I was having so little fun with, but it was just alright enough to keep going, hoping it'd get better.
With those two excellently-reviewed games ending up by the wayside instead of at the credits, I've spent my time on several different games instead. Bridge Constructor Portal is stupid, but fun. FEAR: Extraction Point was mediocre, but short enough to be over before it completely outlived its welcome. The annual MotoGP games always eat up time, and I replayed The Last of Us in its PS4 remastered form. Honestly the best game I played this year. Oh, and Islanders is cute fun as well.
But now I finally, finally find myself hooked on a new single player experience. Wasn't in the mood for it before, but now I'm having fun webbing myself around New York City and punching bad guys in the face. Thanks Spider-Man!May the Yods be silent

Still playing Hollow Knight but i picked up Control on Epic on sale and i have been really enjoying the game so far and it looks really good. I did like Quantum Break a lot particularly the combat although the emphasis on story was a bit of a turn off.....I wanted to shoot things like in a John Woo film and not experience acting from a Michael bay film."One moment please"
