Reached the final chapter of Battlefield 4 single player. One game where having a silent protagonist really doesn't make sense as you're supposed to be the leader of the group but apparently make no decisions whatsoever
Finished Castlevania Lords of Shadow. Only DLC left to play but the game was absolutely dope to play through. It started off slow but the game got better and better. You fight lycans, vampires, trolls, wraiths, ghouls, undead, skeletons, and so many different bosses that it was fantastic. Only part is that I did not quite understand how Gabriel went from a human to a
Vampire towards the end
.
Maybe these questions are answered in part 2. Game had absolutely fantastic graphics, sense of scale, vistas, art design, locales and soundtrack and effects. Just downright gorgeous game and rivals God of War series. The only issue in the game was that all things could be dealt with too easily if you learnt dodge roll.
I heard the DLC bosses are a bitch to bone so am looking forward to it. 16 hours+ of blissful gaming. Highly recommended. 9/10.
Finished Chapter 13 in Lords of Shadow.
Now reached Forgotten One fight in Chapter 14. Getting my ass handed to me. Not because the boss fight is tough but because I am not patient.

Glad that he is giving you a fun time. He didn't disappoint with me too
30 hours into Dark Souls 2. Doing a lot of stuff: Getting lost, progressing, getting lost again, PvP as bellbro and ratbro (Oh my how ratbro is fun! Not so for the other end though ), upgrading gear, dying, lots and lots of dying. Can't wait to go back home and ignore everything to play again!

I enjoyed FC2 for the most part. It did get a little repetitive after a while but by the time that happened I would have been finished with most fps titles.

Good work guys, we can't have too many positive posts in a row on this forum.
china went live in guild wars 2 today I hear and by 1:50 am my acc was hacked and banned now
have not played it in 6 months or logged in in a month, had about 4 password emails last night how they changed the password without a replay I don't know
now I get to change passwords on anything close to it
Kicked some serious butt in Borderlands 2 and got past the point where a key friend gets boned. I think I am on Chapter 16 now. I had forgotten how much dope they poured in this game
Got as far as the Penguin boss battle in Batman Blackgate and also an hour or so of Amazing Spiderman. The latter seems quite crash happy on my PC but so far the generous checkpoint save system meant it's not too annoying.
SWAT 4 on easiest difficulty. For those that don't know the game, it changes nothing bar droping the requirement of not using lethal force unless under direct danger.
So, I'm playing a psychopath cop, the fluff is I'm just a cleanup team for dirty captain or sth and they cover for my bloodlust. It's so much fun, you tell them to drop their weapons, they comply and then get shot in the head. Executing cuffed guys, killing without warning, it's the whole new game.
btw the AI, the tension, the split second decision, it's sooo good also have endless replay value thanks to randomisation of bandits location. I don't think there was the time ever that I had it not installed.
Best memories from that game are from just exploring the map, not caring about the story at all.
Would have been even better with food+thirst counters ala dayz, + a bit more rpg leveling.
... and civilians, faction wars like in Stalker CS, building an unit of mercenaries to command etc. One can dream heh.

Garth Merenghi quotes Most of you will probably know me already from my extensive canon of chillers including "Afterbirth" in which a mutated placenta attacks Bristol.
Everyone has a special talent. Mine is being able to write, produce direct, act, paint... Other people are good plumbers, that's their gift.
There are rebels and there are innovators. I'm a rebel. I play a rebel brain expert who's in rebelliance against conventional logic, who's in rebelliance against the world order. It's about rebelliance. And if that's not being an innovator, I don't know what is.
In times of conflict, when you're up against an agressor, be he human, be he inhuman, whoe'er he be, often he is both.
Greetings traveller. Who am I? Perhaps you have met me twixt sleep and and wake - in the penumbra of uncertainity you call unconsiousness... you know, my books are essentialy about "what ifs". In "Black Fang" I asked - what if a rat could drive a bus? And what if it and its rat brethren took over and ate Parliment?
A lot of people say "Garth Merenghi? Doesn't he write that horror crap?" Well, you're an idiot, because my books always say something, even if it's simple like "Don't geneticaly engineer crabs to be as big as man". There's always a message or a theme.
Been going through Skyrim, mostly focusing on stealth and trying to work on certain magic skills, without completely ignoring archery and one-handed weapons. I'm nearing level 26 I think, still having a blast. Haven't really touched the main quest, just focusing on the Dawnguard quest right now. After that probably roaming around looking for trouble to stir up.
