Started an epic giveaway, Gamedec. Has Disco Elysium vibes.... just "less"... the voices in your head aren't there, etc. But, still enjoying it.

What does 'started an epic giveaway' mean?

Epic Megagames gives away games for free on a regular basis. This is one that looked interesting that I claimed and decided to try out. I'm enjoying it.

I'd already started it when it was given away (typical).
Done the first two cases. Interesting. I like the fact that (thus far) it is driven by decisions rather than RNG. A bit different from most RPGs but I've enjoyed it thus far.

How are you getting on Koralis?
I'm afraid I gave up after about 6hrs. Too many QoL issues combined with poor writing/ploting and I just decided I had better things to do with my time. A shame as there were many good ideas in the game, if only it had been done better.

Finished it over the weekend. Game froze a few times during the Axis Mundi phase, so had to reload and do it again. Started saving regularly, and got through it.


Overall, I liked it. It's not Disco Elysium, but what is? I enjoyed the deductions. The overall plot I suspected fairly early on. 6 possible endings, and they tell you which are possible based on your actions in the game.
