Vista: Program cannot leave message on desktop

This is the screen I get, maybe I translated it incorrectly

Took it from the Dutch one I got:

"Een programma kan geen bericht op het bureaublad weergeven"

But when I click in the taskbar on it, it appears, but disappears very quickly, no time to have a look to it

It had a taskbar icon here when poped up, rightclicked>exit

yeah, here too, but it's weird, can't even see which program it is, good to know, so I can deinstall the program or something
