    Microsoft made the right choice by removing the explicit transfer restriction, but by even attempting to add draconian licensing restrictions that WGA allows them to enforce, they've lost my trust. Who's to say that this won't be back in a later service pack, once WGA is proven to work?

    Interestingly enough, they one-device transfer restriction is still present for Windows Anytime Upgrade software, so if you use anytime upgrade to move from Vista Home Basic to Vista Ultimate, you're limited to one transfer again.
