Anyone know if Vista RC-1 works with comps with only RAID arrays?

Since it was such a pain in the arsche to get Vista Beta 2 working with my comp with only RAID arrays, no "normal HDDs", I never got around to getting it work. I wonder if anyone knows if this is easier to get it to work in RC-1?

They should make Nlite for Vista too!

Thanks for the link. I already have Vista installed and tried the method described for using the WinXP x64 drivers, but no joy. At one point I got a blue screen. No error message, but a plain blue screen then a reboot.

What kind of raid controller?? Nforce4 or something else?? I have got a NF4 mobo and am using nvidia raid without any problems what so ever. Just can't do a dvd boot install, you have to be in windows and choose clean install and load the drivers from your NF4 raid drivers from the floppy that came with the mobo with the xp drivers, load all of the drivers and it will work fine.

The built in nforce 4 raid controller. I read the guide, Im gonna try to copy the nforce xp drivers to my mp3 player since it acts like a usb HDD.

My current OS partition is 6.5GB, will that be enough for Vista?

I think it needs to be 10g's to install vista, I'm alittle over 10g's right now with just a few programs installed.
