Enhancing visuals for old mobile phone videos

I'm have a few old mobile phones videos that are pix-elated and was wondering if there was a software out there (preferably free) that can enhance the quality so I can actually see it

What's the resolution of the source video?

It appears to be 128 X 96. It's an .3GP file from an old Nokia phone I believe.

Wow. Unless you have CSI-level enhancement software, I'm not sure what will help.

Hmmm that’s a Shame. I guess I can live with the pixelation.

              Thanks anyway.

You can try an online upscaler, but the results are usually ****. 128 x 96 isn't much to work with.

But, you know you can find high quality MP4 versions of those saved porn files now I bet.

madVR can do some impressive upscaling, but considering the source i wouldnt expect much
