Is there a better cooler for under $30US Shipped?

Is there a better cooler for under $30US shipped? Looking for Socket 775 with quad cooling capability. I have a couple of Yate Loon 38CFM 120mm fans if needed for a tower etc.

Broke my own rule and found this:
COOLER MASTER GeminII RR-CCH-ANU2-GP CPU+ Board Cooler - Retail $33 free shipping

But will it fit inside an Antec Sonata???

For $35 you can get the awesome Scythe Ninja with an S-flex fan included. With a good airflow fan, it ties the Ultra 120 on idle, and the Ultima 90 (extreme) on load, according to Anandtech review.

Thanks for the link, but $50 is too much.

Not so impressed by the GeminII. Its just too freaking huge for the performance it offers. Granted, its cooling a lot more than just the proc, so perhaps it has benefits that aren't so easily measured.

Hrm. What about fitting the Gemini on a GA-P35-DS3L? Anyone done it (or another model from the same family mobo?)

I don't think you will be disappointed with the Freezer7 Pro.

                    Dude, it's 30 bucks.

The fan does kinda suck on the thing. I hear tell that the fin spacing requires a greater flow of air from the fan. I guess the fins are more densely spaced than other coolers. But that matters not, I have a Mucho Grande Fan of Doom on mine. 119cfm FTW. Knocks out two of my ram slots though. Piss on it, I don't care.

I own a Freezer 64 Pro (its like Freezer 7 except it has a 3 pin connector), its a great product. The cooling heatsink and fan is huge, so make sure that it will fit in your case. Its very easy to install and works great. My AMD64 3500+ is over clocked to 2.475 Ghz (stock vcore) and it keeps my CPU at 50 degrees on a hot day on full load. Its so quiet, you can hear case fans over it. You will like it for the price and the best part is that its has 6 year guarantee !

Well, I also found the Cooler Master RR-CCH-L9U1-GP Hyper TX 2 Universal Cooler

                        Supposed to be pretty good

The Freezer 7 and Hyper TX2 are virtually identical (I have both). Different fan design is the main differentiator.

You seem to have a surplus of coolers. Want to sell any?

Not those two. But I'd part w/ the GeminII.

I HAD used a AC Freezer7, then replaced it with a GeminII with two Yate Loons. Basically, they both performed about the same, with neither being very loud. Where the GeminII wins (and the one I stuck with) is it's cooling of the PWM mosfets and the memory.
