What kinda glitches? That's what you have friends like us for, to help figure those out
I am still getting more information. But, for some reason my overclock will not stick reliable on a clean power up. Every once in a while, the system won't post when overclocked and will revert to default clock speeds which will then boot fine. (This only happens when I power up the first time). I can, reboot go into BIOS and overclock again and the system will boot up and remain stable. Right now, I just keep the PC on all the time and there are no problems. The P182 actually doesn't have a case speaker. I contacted Antec and they are sending me one. I'd like to hear what beeps I get from the BIOS when it can't post before I start guessing whatis causing the problem.
Who needs to turn off their PC anyway?
PS. All load testing and temperature monitoring with ITAT show that the system, once booted is rock stable. (load temps have been 55C and below).
Ok here is my case. I made it form a med size tower and then covered it with car bondo.I painted it pearlescent black, so from different angles its a diff shade of black. the bondo gave it that alien terrain kinda look. after the black i dusted it with copper and silver paint. the interior is painted rusty to give it that half life 2 look. im thinkin of gettin some yellow and black caution tape type stuff and putting it in there somewheres. the window is hard to see but its a custom cut out. its not a square its all angled and stuff. i have had lots and lots of fun with this case. the hard drive is in that long lookin black case thats in the cd bay. its a vault for the HDD that allows me to lock it in place and then remove it after the computer is off and put it in a vault so peopel cant steal me sstuff. it has a cigerate lighter and a drink holder, even though i dont smoke. still thought it was cool. i use it to light me insense *shifty eyes*. it has black lights and a stealth blow hole at the top of the case. i painted wire loom he same rusty color to give it the look of rusty pipes..
here are the specs

That is, by god, the ugliest thing I have ever seen.

do you always have to be a complete *******?

While it may boil down to a matter of taste (which it doesn't meet my taste either), there's no need to be mean about it. It honestly looks like a LOT of work went into it and that alone is worthy of praise. While the end result isn't what I, personally would shoot for, I can appreciate that it does look quite unique and that gets + reps on it's own.

I dunno, creating scupltures out of faeces involves lots of work but the result still stinks.
No offense to LT72884, I can respect that you put your effort and time ino a rig that is all your own, but the truth is, it won't work for most people's aesthetic sensibilities. Nothing wrong with being honest about it.

LOL shoot dang. yeah it was way fun to make and it looks pretty cool with the lights off, but it weighs a ton and a half piratically from all that bondo. i painted it all rusty inside to give it a sci fi kinda feel. i do have to say its pretty unique. but the bondo more looks like mud to me than anything. the pics that i fist posted show the mobo mount painted a nice rusty look. now if i could put a half life 2 logo on there some where and then add a water cooled system with bright electric green liquid. now that would look cool. originally i was shooting for a alien theme and then i wanted a half life theme half way through the project, hence the rusty inside and the rusty looking cable tubes. yeah with this case you either hate or you like it. there is no in between lol. so far its been half and half.
Well, while I'm on the hate it side of the fence, I have to say it's badass in it's uniqueness. I'm impressed
thanx, im impressed with it also. my next case though is going to be a HTPC case with a nice cut out and a custom made unreal logo i drew up the other night. there probably wont be any of that bondo stuff. but it needs something.

Don't get me wrong man, you got some cajones to pull off that case. Truly, I dig the idea too. Personally, if I started with the bondo, I'd go all the way and make it all HR Giger Aliens style. I think it's the rust interior that throws it off. Good on ya anyhow, most of us don't have the guts to do what you did.

sweet thanx man. yeah the rust does give it a whole different style. i wonder what a whole case painted rusty would look like. i mean i can kinda invision it but i would really like to see it.
If you wanted the sci-fi look, mos deff take Zero's advice about Giger. You could probably mould that stuff, rather than looking like mud, to make pipes going everywhere. eg:
Also, the front of the case has no modding which looks very inconsistent and unfinished... just saying, if you wanted something really nice, you gotta put the effort in. Hope I didn't come across as harsh, but I think you could do better.

LOL no harsh feelings man. i know what ya mean with the front. i didnt want to spend any more tiem because i wanted to get my rig up and running. i had all the parts so i wanted them in there. if i would have done something to the front, it might look all weird or weirder than it all ready is. i like the hammered steel paint look on the front. that bondo took forever to do,along with painting it. any way yeah some people dont like it and some do. no biggie. those rust pics are tight, but im no artist. but my cousin did paint the XPS dell pc's for them. there are only a few of them from dell with his paint job.
eh...wats with the myspace angles XD
samurai crip u need to paint that wall lol its been like that for too long and i noticed u added some mobos on ur wall for display??lol
Just put this together yesterday. I need some cable extenders, so the wiring is crap for now. Also need to shorten one of the lines in my loop, so that I can install the graphics cooling adapter that came with the case.
The radiator cut turned out pretty well I guess. My first time cutting anything other than a circle in a case.
