I'm assuming your door is not aluminum as the one had wasn't. I'd use a jigsaw, or possibly a dremel, though that won't be too clean. If your door was aluminum you could get away with using tin snips heh. If you were just cutting a porthole for a fan, then I'd say use a circular drill bit of whatever size the fan was (80mm).Originally posted by Samurai_crip
