He's like fire, and ice, and rage.
He's like the night and the storm in the heart of the sun.
He's ancient and forever.
He burns at the centre of time and he can see the turn of the universe.
And... he's wonderful.
I like it.. who makes it?? is that a steel mesh on the side, so the panel is open to air?

Here we have some cheapo case that I got for free, butchered by myself. Spray painted with some lovely metallic gold paint from wal-mart, and the side panel ripped open by wood blades in a jigsaw that I got for Christmas last year (I was too busy playing with my new toy to notice the wrong blades, and go get some metal ones).
The machine we see here is an Abit NF7 2.0, with Athlon XP-M 2500+ (currently @ 2300mhz, load temp 105F, case temp 85F, ambient temp 76F) under a thermalright SP90 or something, cooled by a Delta 120MM fan mounted on a thermaltake 80mm ducting mod and an 80mm to 120mm adaptor. At full speed (~5000rpm?) this fan pumps out 190CFM, and is about as loud as a 7500BTU window AC unit on full crank. I know because that's what next to the machine, and running in the summer. We have a single optical drive, an NEC DVD-RW, and 6 hard drives. 2 80Gb SATA drives, 3 40Gb PATA drives. The SATA drives are in RAID 0 from a PCI card, as are 2 of the PATA drives. Audigy 2 soundcard, and X800XT AIW. Some glowy fans too. On the side of the case is an Aerocool non-axial fan, FTW. It blows down on the graphics card.
You too could enjoy ghetto mods, just have little patience, little skill, no money, and no workbench so you have to do everything outside on your gravel drive!
Sorry no pics of the whole desk, but you get the idea.
I love my VT 7105 PC case, and it loves me.
It has the mesh panels on all sides. It's a smooth mesh though, and you don't even really notice it. The camera flash lit up the white fiber dust filter :X.
I tried to keep the case as tidy as possible, too bad the psu cables were so short or i could have hidden them better.
I think the coolermaster hyper 6 HSF looks better without its aluminum cover

Old ststem with huge "Thermaltake V1000A Black Fulltower" case next to new system with massive "Thermaltake Tai-Chi VB5001SNA Black/ Silver Computer Case with liquid cooling" CASE.
Notice: I did not hide my wires with this build. Could see no reason to do so. Air flow is not an issue and the case has no side window. Under full load the CPU might hit 34C tops.
Greg, i have absolutely NO IDEA why you bought a rig with so much high end gear and yet you got the AIW X1800XL ?!?!?!?! You might aswell have just got a 3800X2 and the cheapest soundcard and 1 gig ram... because if your going to play games... it just seems retarded
All-in-Wonder® X1800 XL 256MB PCI Express® is a great card.
Sure a All-in-Wonder® X1900 would have been better but...... the All-in-Wonder® X1900 was not even a rumor when I bought the All-in-Wonder® X1800 XL 256MB PCI Express® cards a couple of months ago.
I am more into multimedia then gaming. But still the X1800-XL packs a lot of punch. I had no desire to go CrossFire right now.
I have no regrets with this build. Actually built two of these systems. Both the same. One for me and one for my wife.
What is your system specs? I assume it is less retarded than mine?

For a while I had an X2 3800, 2 Gigs of RAM, a tv card, and an x700 pro. Sometimes you don't upgrade all at once. Sometimes games aren't the only thing you do with your system.
Plus the x1800XL is a good card.... simmilar with a 7800GT, anyone who calls those cards bad is a bit of a graphics wh***. Maybe not native resolution gaming on his monitor with AA and AF.... but definitely without AA and AF and running all high.

And thats one of the more retarded posts I've read....is the X1800XL a slow card? Is it a cheap card? You know his system is going to be primarily used for gaming? Get ur head out of ur a**.

Here's mine. Basic specs in the sig. Sub has been moved under the desk against the wall (centered) while the monitor has been moved to the left ever so slightly.
Talk about PCs/Macs, motherboards, CPUs, sound cards, RAM, hard drives, networking and everything else about computer hardware!

I feel like I have no ability to maintain cables at all. Last night I put in a brand new power supply. I figured as long as I had it out, I'd tie-wrap my cables, route them better and try to make them look neat. I spent like two hours doing it. And mine doesn't look half as good as yours does. Not only that, but I have much more room to work with than your case. I must just really suck at cable management.
