When 1 HDD can hold 8 TB for $200, I have a hard time understanding why anyone needs 5 HDDs.

HDDs like the ironwolf are for NAS and similar stuff, i'd be surprised if they did well for stuff like gaming, but i might be wrong. Also there's of course a huge gap pricewise between HDDs and SSDs/NVMe. If money is no concern then of course you should go the SSD/NVMe route, but not everyone is shitting money, so there's that

After selling my 3700x/3080 PC and trying to convice myself I didnt need a desktop and relied on my i7/2060 laptop. It got really frustrating having to hook it up and unhook it every day for work.
I ended up taking back the H100i and went with the H150i since I needed another fan anyways, rather than buy another fan, figured the money in the bigger cooler was the better play.
I didn't want to spend too much on a PC, as I 95% of the time play league of legends. I ended up just trading my PS5 and a few games for the 3060 straight up. So all in, I was right at about 1k for everything.

Well, I finally replaced my i5 2500k. It served me well for almost 10 years but there was just too much stuttering in newer games to ignore anymore. I also ditched full ATX for micro ATX. My previous CM Storm Trooper case has gone through 5 moves across 2 states and I was getting real f***ing tired of having a 40lb computer. This new build is literally half the weight and much less bulky. I don't think I'm going to miss having fewer expansion slots: my old mobo had 3 legacy PCI slots which I never once used so it's barely different now. I didn't like how loud my old Corsair AIO was so I decided to go with a Cooler Master Silencio s400, an old school tower cooler, and some Noctua case fans. Temps are fine, it's quieter at full power than the fridge and completely silent at idle, so mission accomplished there. RGB and tempered glass was completely out of the question, my 3 year old daughter would have gotten it shattered in no time (somehow).
New Parts:- AMD 5800X
- ASRock B550m Steel Legend
- G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB
- be quiet Dark Rock Pro 4
- Seasonic gx-850
- Cooler Master Silencio s400
- Some Noctua case fans
- A blu-ray drive, lmao
- MSI RX580 Armor 8GB
- Samsung 870 SSD and a couple spinner drives

Also did the Lian Li fans come with the Titan X?
I had the Aorus 3080, which I sold with my PC complete because someone offered me $2800 for it, was kinda hard to pass up. Plus I wasn't really using it much at the time, only played league, but now playing some other things.
The lian li fans came seperate, the Lian Li case is actually sold by Bitspower, it comes with the distro block, pump, tubes pre-cut, block, radiator, fans, and all the fittings. Also comes with the PSU, and a strix Z490 board.
They also come with a FTW Ultra 3080, so people have been buying them, and dumping the rest cheap, so I picked it all up for only $600, and sold the board for $250. So I basically got the Case, psu, distro block, pump, tubes, fittings, etc for $350 NIB. Was a steal.
This is normally the kit.
