Sorry, it's taken me a while to get a camera. I had to borrow a really really crappy one from school, but here ya go. I need to shorten up to tubing for my water cooling but I'll prolly just wait till I upgrade one last time b4 I head to college and do the whole project at once. Lemme know what you think

Very nice rig. I also have a 3400 Clawhammer @ 2.4ghz....yours wont go past that either huh? I would've thought with WCing those things could hit atleast 2.5..

Actually I haven't really tried...I'm satisfied with how my games run and my benches are fine, not extraordinary, but definitely very good.

I mainly went with watercooling b/c I've always wanted to in the past and I didn't really have anything else that I could upgrade on my computer other than maybe a fx-55 which isn't really worth the bux.

Thanks hitman, I've got 3 similar boxes initially but i sorta decommisioned one of them a while back and when with a shuttle, but I realised that I still prefered full size rigs and thus i'll be back to one as a main rig soon.

I forgot the name of that case.. However, its an ATX standard fit, but upsidedown and backwards.. Keeping the CPU near the bottom is supposed to help with temps.

I figure it works pretty good tho, otherwise, it wouldn't be as popular as it is right?

It has a removable motherboard try, so I just flipped that upside down. IDK if it helped temps since my DFI motherboard BIOS ship is being sent to CA for repair, but it sure does look cool; and different!

This has been posted elsewhere a few times.. But its the best picture taken of my little gaming area, with setup, and maplookerupper machine. Perfect for long nights and EQ2. As well.. A corner of a Kingwin case sits behind where I sit in the pic. Thats Jaymes.. If she'll let me, I'll take a pic of her setup sometime.

Edit : There are TWO (yes TWO) optical drives in my rig. One of my favorite mods. Has a paint stripped (and tried to polish) Vantec fan speed controller on top, and skulls, knives and flames etched in the side window.

1. Just not enough room.
2. Harddrive cage is perpendicular instead of parallel in the case.
3. Window makes it a little harder to get a good look at the components inside!
