Temps are alright. Not as good as a dedicated block for sure. I'd say about 2-3c on idle and about 5-6c weaker on full load. Very restrictive blocks though. Parallel requires serious head pressure, serial works much better.

Parallel requires more head pressure? You mean because one card is less restrictive and steels most of the flow? Unless the tubing that supplies the fluid flow is around as restrictive as the water block, for a given minimum flow rate through each water block, parallel should require less head pressure (though it may require much more than double the total flow out of the pump, if the restrictions aren't balananced.)

I expect that serial would work better, because it would prevent flow imbalance. In any cheap water cooling setup (i.e. not an industrial water cooling system with monitoring and control of each loop) you should plumb in serial, because it greatly decreases the chances that you will wind up with hardly any flow going to any individual component.

the 980 Poseidon's only had a 3/16 inch water passage tube from the pictures the 1080 ti looked a lot better

my d5 in Parallel had no problem with the 980's

tempted to buy a 1080 ti Poseidon

More about robots playing golf. Until amd has something we aren't seeing anything in jan i think. Nice looking card for sure though. One of them hits 2150 it's fairly ridiculous lol.

Actually it works quite well under water, not as good as a full block. However, with the fans being inaudible at around 40% or so it just almost matches. You can run the fans at the same time.

Thats different. Love the 2 loop idea. Blue and White fluids. I do not think I have ever ever seen a system like that. Ususually its 2 pumps, same loop.

The GPU runs at exceptionally good temps, probably because of the large die area and hence ease of drawing the heat from it. You can now be baffled no more. You're welcome.

I run all my stuff on the same loop. Dual loops have their pros and cons for sure. It's nice to be able to just drain one, if you're replacing the GPU. Then again, now you have two loops to maintain. Then as you can see in the case of demos rig... they look fantastic.

Nice work demo. Im in the process of moving my x399 setup to my evolv. Of course I wouldn't disappoint with just a single loop in a small case either.





Fitting all this crap into an evolv is a real struggle . Literally 1mm spacing in lots of areas. Should be done in a day or two. Hopefully. I ran out of tubing which sucks. Gonna feel like a dream with all that space when I do the rampage into a lian li v3000.

It's holding the cable in place. I will remove it at a later date when it gets use to that position. I got so little room at the bottom I had to run it that way or make to length cables with each one being different lengths and I hate making cables so lol.

Love it!

Well you will want to adjust your fans to water temp, that's really what your cooling. Get a g 1/4 sensor plug if you don't have one, built it into each loop then set a fan curve to corresponding temperatures. Not much software can pick up the tsensors on the boards, some can not sure if speedfan can. AIsuite fan control is an option as it can pick up and adjust by any temp sensor (just it's aisuite which can be buggy at times). Best bet is to get an aquaero and use that moving forward. Amazing software and amazing options that you can setup with the whole aquaero line up.

I don't trust it yet, I've seen some people reporting it clogging up already. I'll give it 6 months before I give it a go.

I only use distilled with PT Nuke these days, but damn that stuff looks good.

Most dyes will at worst stain. This fluid is more than just coloring, people who get build up in blocks are doing other things wrong. However, since the fluid is so new it seems risky to just jump on it.

Yeah, Jays2Cents said that the blocks appeared to be cleaner after running it for a while. He didn't state it as fact, but did say it looked promising.

My aquaero died so there goes the plans of putting it into the bottom. I had to change one of them pumps as it was making way too much noise. Total pain in the ass. Felt the pastel was killing the rear res from showing. So Ek navy blue UV went in and so did the cable mod hybrid uv.



It's like having roadwork lights lol.
