Curious, how much of an effect does that fan on the back of the case really have if its all WC? Never used a full WC setup like that before.

It's drawing out all the heat that's in the machine. The front rad is pushing air into the case, the bottom rad is pushing air from the bottom. So there's actually hot hair going into the case. The top 2 fans on the top rad are exhausting, and the rear is exhausting as well. 3 fans exhaust 3 fans intake.

4.6 @ 1.3v. Could go further but not worth the temp and voltage bump needed. 980 kpes put out ALOT of heat oced. I am running a daily driving oc of 1620 mhz atm and my cpu is idling 37-40c and 72c-75c max under load. I need more rad space (my titan x build in my still waiting to be shipped caselabs s8 will defiantly be rocking more rads got 4 360 lined up for that one lol it will also be my first petg build), at which point a 5930k will go into this machine and the 5960x be transplanted over to a ROG x99 in the s8.

                        What!? 1600+ core

I want these 980tis to come out soon before batman comes around cause I want more frames and it seems like batman is GPU hungry with those ultra spec requirements.

Yea I can hit 1700s but it requires 1.5v temps will hit 70c under load on water lol and requires using a bios that the latest nv driver doesn't recognize.

Well I also run vsync enabled so I don't get tearing on the lg 34um94. I am not too worried about running any games on this system. I am kind of waiting for the tis as well. I have 1 titan x, I can buy another 1 or 2 for the other build but I would RATHER sell the titan x and pick up 2-3 of a classy or matrix TI anyday.

I'd suspect that 980 at 1600mhz+ would be competitive with a TI.

We all dont have the luxury of 980 kingpin SLI or Titan X though. If you let that titan x go for a cheap price let me know....lulz

Iirc the kit supports the full color wheel. Not just white.

It has 5 brightness levels so you can make it really subtle as well. Also some colors obviously aren't as bright. In terms of white, it does more of a light blueish white than a pure white like a white led would.

Wow. Looks strikingly similar to my old Q6600 system. That GB motherboard even has the gold on blue color scheme of my old Asus. Would still be rock'n it until skylake, if my motherboard hadn't dropped out. At least my HX520 PSU is still on the job.
