Some quick benchmarks. I'm not going to pushing my system hard right now, so nothing fancy in terms of clock speeds. CPU at an even 4GHz, memory at 2666, and the Titans at only 1GHz.

Is it wrong that a part of me is already trying to find a more clever way to wire it? Like using .5" cables for the right half to make it a bit neater. But I'm not OCD I swear.

I have to agree with this. Running $4000 worth of video cards on a $650 monitor seems a little ridiculous to me.

I would be all over one of those 1440p 21:9 displays or that 1440p gsync display if I had the cash.

the roll a/c filters cut to size lasted about two months and very little pass through dirt so are working well

That is a lot of dust. I'd go crazy dealing with dust getting into my computer room if I lived in the desert.

desert with two dogs there is no hiding from dust, just have to filter the air before it goes in to the system

you should see my a/c filter after 30 days

or some of the ones I take out of rental houses, sometimes I can barely pull the filter out with the unit running they are plugged solid with dirt

I used to dust my case. Now ain't nobody got time for that. Haven't dusted in over a year. Pretty sure there is enough dust to make 20 dust bunnies out of it.

That's actually a good idea. I don't trust the maid with my PC but can ask the man servant to clean it out.

My dog sheds like crazy, so I take mine apart and clean out all the filters about once every other week. Wipe out whatever dust is in there. The good thing is, she has white fur and my PC is black. So it's easy to tell it needs a cleaning, and easy to tell when I am done.

filters look to be stopping all the dog hair and big dust the very fine dust seems to pass through the rads and fans without sticking
and the way the my case is the air flows through two compartments before it gets to the motherboards, so 99% of the dust that gets through ends up in the very bottom pedestal with the pumps where it don't hurt anything

Yeah I love have filters over all the vents. I don't really clean the innards of my rig. I just regularly clean the filters. Innards stay nice and clean. At most, with the unit powered off and unplugged, I'll take a monitor wipe and just quickly wipe the large surface areas down and that's it.

this a million times. At first i though, "oh great, big part of sidepanel is open so the rig gets lots of air, yay!" After a few weeks i was more like "Ngaaaaaah fuuuuuu, there is like furrrrrrrrrrr everywhere in there. WTF? One cat CAN'T leave that much fur....seriously".

So, yes, filters for teh win!
