Flushed and cleaned the liquid cooling system. Replaced the clear tubing and barb fittings with white tubing and black compression fittings. Replaced the fans that came with the Swiftech H20-220 Edge with Noctua fans.

Upgraded the PSU to a AX1200i.

Replaced the back fan with a Corsair 140mm fan to better match the white/black theme.

At some point I need to replace the memory to something that's either white or black.

                      watercooling

I don't know about you folks but I think mounting your radiators outside your case is better for cooling. Theres a number of ways to go from mild to extreme. just put them through a holes in your case. I guess all of the inside case cooling guys like to move there cases around alot, I don't know. But me, out side is better. Also I know that this case I got has a 9 fan radiator on top, but I have my cpu, cooling mounted outside using a koolance bracket. I just think in the future for me I would like a dedicaticated fan and radiaotr plus pump assembley out side the case. they have some goood ones too.

my picks of my cpu cooler outside the case.

Too bad that one of the fans was defective, I need a replacement.

Reminds me of those rigs people use to make with salvaged motorcycle/automobile radiators. Don't see too many of those anymore.

Your point is not without merit. For me it's just a personal taste that I prefer what I feel is a cleaner look with the system being fully encapsulated. I've had it both ways though.

Testing the acrylic hard lines. This is my first effort so please be kind with the criticism. Also have the line in and out of the loop with regular tubing and fittings (going to take the rig on the mobo tray to a LAN party in a week connected to an external radiator/pump system - sort of an extended proof of concept and also testing out the hardware).

Looks nice and i'm sure those bends were hard to make if the tubing was stiff to work with...Looks like you're setting it all up in a single loop too, so i'm wondering if a pair of radiators will be enough to cool all that once it's all overclocked, especially the video cards...

                                      My guess is yes.

I like how you mentioned we should be kind with the criticism as if anyone is going to speak ill of what you are doing (if they do, they are a duche). All I'm saying is that I think it's pretty amazing what you got going on there. You're introducing me to new things I wasn't even aware of. Acrylic hard lines? Didn't even know something like that existed.

Anyways, keep up the good work. Can't wait to see the finished product.

I have until Feb to get it right . . .

This took a couple efforts just like the tube bending but as you can see if you work at something you will get it right. Petience and trying something different is a good thing

I'm too embarrassed to! I've a mess of cables and dust every where. The shame wouldn't be barable.

So once the hunting season dies down I'm going to be stuck indoors when not at work. Hoping to somehow over come my laziness and clean my rig up.
