It's not done yet, but i'll post a fresh set later today where all the wiring is cleaner still and the top radiator you see in that picture, is attached to the top panel, wich has it's own plexiglass window.
Trying to make the build look as good as possible takes time you know...

Personally I think it looks awesome.
BTW, whatever happened to the old slaWter who was actually cordial some of the time

True, the camera has a knack to pick up on what looks like finger print marks on the surface, but i can't see them when viewing the case directly....I might try cleaning the case everywhere, and not using the camera's flash for this next set of pictures, as it could be over exposed.

I have no evidence to support the fact that it would in fact clean up better, but on the flip side, I have nothing to say it wouldn't
Let me know how it works out.

Looking forward to the updated photos.
What are you going to do about the front of the case? All those different 5.25" front panels are really ugly. Does that case offer a front door or are you going to paint each cover?Gaming PC Intel Core i7 980X Extreme Edition 4.0GHz # ASUS Rampage III Extreme # 6GB DDR3 1600MHz # Zotac GTX 680 4GB SLI # Intel X25-M G2 160GB # 4TB HDDs, 6.75TB eSATA # Silverstone TJ10

Half of what makes the pcs that you see on places like million dollar pc look so good is the actual photography which is a skill that I just don't have.
I would like to see some more pics of the complete build, personally.Originally posted by ManglerGood work guys, we can't have too many positive posts in a row on this forum.

Not quite complete, but the top panel is in it's final location as well as the radiator, and everything came together perfectly, and by perfectly i mean right down to the last few millimeters:
The tubing lenghts are on the spot everywhere, and there's only a 3~4 mm gap between the highest point on video card blocks and the top radiator, as i tried to fit the largest radiator that could conceivably fit there...
I just need to replace one of the fans on the left side, the bleeding is fully done and there's no leaks, and everything powers up with no warnings of any kind, with all the wiring nicely hidden wich was no mean feat since there is no wire management in these cases and there's a lot of them to route everywhere, so i'm in the home stretch so to speak...

Last fan is now fully working.....Turns out one of the connector pins on the controler side slid out just enough to not make a proper connection for that fan alone, so i'm about to put the last side panel on and it is done as far as the hardware is concerned.
Clean everything up and take the final pictures, hopefully without any finger prints....

@ Shadow
Looking better but still a tangled mess. IMO this should be the goal for the look of any PC build.Sure it's harder to get a super clean look with a water cooled rig, but isn't that at least half the fun?

The only thing that would makes Mullet's build better, is if he could chop out the unused bottom portion of the case.

Keep in mind that it's easier said than done when there's this much hardware in one system.....I kid you not when i can state the whole system, now fully assembled, weighs in at an easy 120~130 Lbs and here's the parts list so you get an idea:
2 power supplies + wiring
4 video cards + water blocks.
2 CPU water blocks +motherboard water block + VRM water block.
2 reservoirs.
5 water pumps.
3 fan controlers.
20 fans(in total).
5 water radiators.
You can imagine that this is going to create a lot of wiring to route and a lot of water tubing and isn't the average single or dual GPU + single CPU + single power supply setup, but something far worse to layout and make it look as clean as possible.....Heck, i must be using a good 50 fittings between both loops as it is....It's a nightmare come true basically.
I'll try to find a picture from someone using the same motherboard with 4 video cards onboard, and in his case, he cut a second PC case to make it an exclusive cooling compartment and the project took 6 months to make it happen....I did mine in less then 3 weeks.

Indeed it will, but on the other hand i'll only switch when the 20 nm process is available in high volume, wich the painfull way things went for the 28 nm process, i don't expect it at least late 2013 or more likely early 2014, mainly because i want cards at least 50% faster than my own and to do that requires that fab process.
Basically it's nothing i need to worry about anytime soon.

5 radiators wich are 64mm thick each one, wich breaks down to one 120 mm at the back between the power supplies, a 360 mm one at the front, a pair of 240 mm on the sides and a single 280 mm at the top...
The pumps are koolance PMP 450's, but they all come from the same companies in china no matter the brand you pick, and one loop cools just the video cards, while the other loop cools the motherboard and CPU's, so there's a lot more fans and radiator for either loop and 3 pumps for the GPU loop and 2 pumps for the CPU loop.....i can easily see the speed at wich the water flows thru the tubing, especially when the pumps are cranked to their max... lots of flow and a lot of pressure no doubt...

Why the hell do you need three laing D5s for just four cards in parallel? Couldn't you run that whole rig with just one D5 strong or an mcp35x2? Hell a couple of varios in series could probably pull it off too.Originally posted by ManglerGood work guys, we can't have too many positive posts in a row on this forum.

Its a great case especially for being around $90, but it aint perfect. The rubber around the cable pass throughs come off way too easily. Very annoying when you start feeding lots of cables through. The material seems fine but the side panels might be a little thin maybe, not sure if thats the same with the XL. Other than that, its great.

Just for redundancy should any single pump fail.....In any case i have a huge smile on my face since i'm already using the system right now, as i was under the impression that i'd have to redo the raid 0 setup and with that, go to the trouble of reinstalling all the software over the next several days, but no the raid controler detected the drives properly and i setup the boot options and windows booted right away as if nothing had happened....
