    Metal Gear Solid

    Hi everyone!

I just started playing this one again in anticipation of MGS2: Substance. I never got very far when I first played it, so I don't remember if it used to do this, but:

There is TERRIBLE polygon clipping with the models in the game; and every once in awhile, the performance feels a little sluggish. Other times it's great, but a game this old should ALWAYS run perfect. Anyone have any ideas?

It's probably the most graphically rich PSX game ever made so it's no wonder it's frame rate isn't steady 100% of the time. No biggie, it's smooth most of the time.
