No way to use it for GamePass for PC?

I recently came into possession a few digital gift cards for Xbox, but I dont own one. I own a Playstation but have had no luck online finding a conversion website or a decent place you can trade with a gamer. Everything is to buy/sell physical gift cards.
I tried this once a year ago and got scammed on REDDIT! So I was hoping the Rage community had a better alternative. I'm sure TWITCH gamers do this all the time, no? I just have $100 sitting here and I can't do anything with it.
Suggestions?
