I've been giving it another play through. What a masterpiece this game is. imo Sony should have had this as a PS5 launch title instead of Demon's Souls. It's hands down the best Souls type game made by Fromsoft.

My buddy showed me NBA 2K21 on PS5 and it's pretty impressive. Adding that to my list. I haven't bought 2K since '17 so should be sweet.

The console is worth it's weight just for sports games imo. F1 '21 should be sick too

I only have the one made for PS5 game so far, but the visuals are far better than I expected. Really impressive so far.

Demon's Souls PS5

I can't believe what they did with this game. Every time I think I've seen all the jaw dropping visuals the game can offer, I'm proven wrong just a bit later.

I think it's one of, if not the most beautiful game I've ever seen.

I kept it and have played it a small amount, I thinks it’s about the only thing out that is worth much on the PS5 right now other then playing PS4 games I think I have played fall guys more then any other title on my PS5 right now

Anyone else getting the non-responsive controller issue? Every 4-5 times I wake the unit the controller doesn't respond and I have to hard reboot the PS5.

It's around google a bit, so I'm not the only one. I hope it's fixed via update soon...

Haven’t had that, but have had disc read issues on power up where I have to eject the disc and reinsert, supposedly tied to having a usb hard drive attached to the system.

I haven't tried any discs yet....it's a minimal p.i.t.a. though. I just hope it's a firmware issue and not a defective controller.

I really wish buyers would wise up and stop paying these inflated prices. Just make it not worth it for scalpers, drive them out of business.

This thing is sick. Downloading NBA2K21 right now. The controller is really much more comfortable, and the built-in mic is awesome; really hoping this brings console gamers back to the days of xbox360 where everyone had a mic. I noticed with PS4 that no one ever talked or even had a mic plugged in. It sucks playing a PUG with random ppl and no one communicates. The mic quality seems quite good and the speaker works good too!

Gonna buy Demon Souls probably tomorrow or once I get bored of 2K.

I've been playing the heck out of Demon's Souls...no jet engine sound from the fans, fast loading times and the most comfortable controller I've ever used. Tough combo to beat.

Looking at Nioh2. They have a PS5 enhanced version for $49.99. I never played Nioh1, but I heard they are quite brutal like Souls.

They have Days Gone for free, so I picked that up. It's actually really, really good. I didn't like The Last of Us due to the focus on stealth rather than combat, but Days Gone encourages me to just pulverize whatever I see.

I also picked up Spiderman: Miles Morales. Another great game. Runs and looks alright with Performance RT mode.

There's a good amount of free games on the PlayStation Store that are exclusive for PS5 owners. Definitely do some scrolling in there! The last God of War is also free, as well as The Last of Us Remastered. There's a whole "Free PS5" section on there!
